	Managing Director Lt Colonel (Retd) Ramesh Chander Goyal proudly served the country for 25 years. He did his schooling from St. Bede's in Santhome, Chennai. He graduated from Madras Christian College, Chennai and was commissioned in the army via the Officers Training Academy in St Thomas Mount, Chennai in 1967. Having been recommended for a gallantry award in the 1971 operations where his tank received a direct hit, on the wrong side of the border, he went on to command an elite Tank regiment, the first cavalry regiment in the Indian army to be mechanized and receive the President's standard. He also helped set up and serve a stint as the GM of a large security company in East Africa. He has vast experience in the stock market & the real estate industry, and has had family roots in Chennai since 1948. His guiding beacon are integrity and service to humanity. 	Director Kapil Goyal has 15 years of ownership, general management, accounting and financial experience in all aspects of Real Estate and Hospitality management. He currently runs a Public Accounting and financial services firm in Virginia in the U.S. . He has several real estate interests in the U.S. He has also previously invested in large commercial real estate assets. He has wide ranging management and consulting experience with international brands like Wyndham Worldwide - Ramada, Days Inn, Super 8, Howard Johnson, Baymont and Choice Hotels International - Sleep Inn, Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Clarion, Quality Inn. Certified Public Accountant – U.S. (Equivalent to a Chartered Accountant in India) Chartered Certified Accountant - U.K. Certified Hotel Administrator (American Hotel & Lodging Institute).
