	GREAT INDIA REALTY COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED ("GIR") was established based on our long and varied experience across the globe. While GIR as a legal entity has been in existence since 2006 the promoters have been in this endeavour for much longer. We lay great emphasis on exceeding our client's expectations. 	Managing Director Lt Colonel (Retd) Ramesh Chander Goyal proudly served the country for 25 years. He graduated from Madras Christian College, Chennai and was commissioned in the army via the Officers Training Academy in St Thomas Mount in 1967. Having been recommended for a gallantry award in the 1971 operations where his tank received a direct hit, on the wrong side of the border, he went on to command an elite Tank regiment, the first cavalry regiment in the Indian army to be mechanized and receive the President's standard. He also helped set up and serve a stint as the GM of a large security company in East Africa. He has vast experience in the stock market & the real estate industry, having consummated scores of transactions. He has several real estate interests in India. 	Director Kapil Goyal has nearly 2 decades of general management, accounting and financial experience in the Real Estate, Hospitality and Accounting industries. He has managed a large property management firm with over 600 tenants. He has run a Public Accounting firm in Virginia in the U.S. and has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Virginia (USA). He also brings to the table wide ranging acquisition, management and consulting experience with international hospitality brands like Wyndham Worldwide - Ramada, Days Inn, Super 8, Howard Johnson, Baymont and Choice Hotels International - Sleep Inn, Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Clarion, Quality Inn. He has owned a Ramada Hotel in the U.S. in the past and currently has other commercial and residential real estate interests in the U.S. and India.
